Saints has collaborated with Wits to make a contribution to South African research in education, not only for the benefit of our immediate community but for all South Africa’s teachers and students.

As a rural science student, one of Ms Zondo’s most memorable experiences was learning outside. She recalls being awestruck by the wonderful, healing properties of an aloe plant. Outdoor education piqued her interest as a youngster, and learning outside the classroom helped shape Ms Zondo into the innovative science teacher that St Stithians Girls’ Prep is fortunate to have today.

Each year it is traditional for the Junior Preparatory to welcome our Matrics back to the Gateway to reflect on their journey through Saints.

The annual St Stithians College Remembrance Service was held on the 29th October in our Chapel and was beautiful and meaningful.

On Tuesday, 19 October, iStore Education held their annual Excellence in Education awards for primary schools across South Africa.

Our Saints Water Polo Invitational took place from 21 to 24 October 2021 with the Girls' Section hosted at St Stithians Aquatics Centre and the Boys' Section at St Benedict's in Bedfordview.

Trees occupy an important physical and symbolic space on our Campus.

Our annual tree planting ceremony took place in October this year, allowing 17 matric leavers the opportunity to leave a legacy.
