Ken Hovelmeier Trust
"The Ken Hovelmeier Trust, founded with Ken's blessing, weeks before his passing, has been established to continue the tremendous impact Ken has had across so many lives. Despite his disabilities, Ken stood taller than most, saw far more and helped bear the burdens of the students that he counselled. Ken wished for the trust to focus on 3 pillars.
Firstly, providing assistance for deserving disabled and handicapped students to attend St Stithians. Secondly, to support the discipline of educational psychology and teenagers, a life long passion. Lastly, Ken wanted the trust to encapsulate service. Service to ones community, service to ones school, and service to each other. The Ken Hovelmeier Trust will honour Ken's selfless service and based on these three foundational pillars endeavour to continue his fine legacy, providing positive influence to so many more students, within and beyond the St Stithians community." Introductory Message from Founding Trustees: Stuart Mansfield and Rian Hancock
