Saints hosts Craven and Academy Weeks 2017

We are delighted to host the U18 Coca-Cola Craven and Academy Weeks from 17 – 22 July 2017. It is an honour for us to be the host venue for this significant event: it is a highlight in the national schoolboy rugby calendar and it is an incredible opportuntity for all those who will participate in it, including our Boys' College students who were selected for the participating sides. Congratulations also go to all nine of our Boys' College players who were selected to represent the Golden Lions in the various teams and age groups.

There will be 1 200 players and 46 teams from across the country participating in a thrilling week of rugby and you are more than welcome to watch and enjoy the games. Get swept up in the excitement of the event while supporting skilled rugby players from our school and from schools around the country.

Tickets are available through Computicket: ticket prices range from R30 to R130. 

Fixtures and entertainment

Fixtures begin at 08h00 on Monday, 17 July 2017. Games will end between 16h30 and 17h00 during the week, and the final will be played on Saturday, 22 July 2017 at 15h30 on Baytopp field.

Games will take place on Baytopp and Main during the week; Jamieson will be used for the hospitality tent during the week. On Saturday, Baytopp, Main, Wayne Joubert, and Ridgway fields will be used for fixtures. Along with everything else that happens on our beautiful campus, our school will be full of activity on Saturday.

There will be interesting vendors to keep you well-fed and hydrated.
