Strengthfinder Workshop for Gr 11s

Strengths Finder Workshop 

The grade 11's of St. Stithians GC 2016 had the privilege of completing the Gallup Strengths Finder workshop.  It was an absolutely outstanding course and we all learnt an incredible amount.  

We were taught and advised on how to identify the key themes and strengths within ourselves and how we can make those work not only more efficiently in our own lives, but how to use them when working in a group with other people.  The workshop taught us how we can understand others and that not everyone is expected to see the world the way in which we see it but rather, for us to accept they way others see things and be able to adapt, accept and therefore work through things in a much more strategic and organized manner.

It was by far the best talk I've ever had and I would highly recommend the course to anybody.  Thank you to Saints for the opportunity to attend the course, to Mrs Gyngell for organising and to Mr. Simon Hurry for his exceptional expertise and knowledge.
