100 Days in Grade One
We have hit the 100-day mark in Grade One, and my, what a ride it has been! From deciphering the mystery of bouncy sounds and stretchy sounds, not to mention trying to hear the difference between v, f, and th, to figuring out where hats, pencils, and glue seem to disappear to daily (it appears to be the chair bags, which are bottomless pits of scrap paper and lost stationery), our Grade Ones have faced every challenge with a smile. They have had opportunities to shine on stage as they celebrated their parents and are mastering reading, spelling, and math. With a mix of curiosity and boundless energy, they are well on their way to conquering the school year. Our Grade Ones are not just students, they are little warriors armed with pencils, glue, scissors, and boundless enthusiasm. Get ready, because the next 100 days are going to be even more exciting.
