Opening of the Dace Hall

After years of planning, the New J.P. Hall, as it had become known, was officially opened on Founders’ Day by the Chair of Council, Mr Carel Nolte.

The new hall will now officially be known as Dace Hall, after the founding Junior Prep Head, Mrs Melony Dace.

Celebrating the opening were the Rector, Dr Tim Nuttall, Members of Council and Methodist Church representatives, senior members of St Stithians College, the Junior Prep Executive and the Dace family.

After an inspiring Founders’ Day Service the Hall was opened to the children and the parent body.  ‘Life in the Junior Prep’ was showcased in a wonderful display.

The College and Junior Prep are looking forward many happy years of service and learning in this exciting new facility.
