Hockey Spirit Evening vs St Mary's

A fabulous fixture was held at St Stithians on Thursday 26 June. St Stithians Girls' College and St Mary's School in Waverley brought crowds of supporters to our Astro for the annual fixture.  Our school did us proud with their spirit and sportsmanship.  An extremely exciting game from our 1st team resulted in a 4-1 loss to Saints but was not a reflection of the standard of play which was incredibly exciting to watch - sadly we could not convert our short corners into goals.  Olivia Levieux in Gr 10 scored the goal for St Stithians with a stunning penalty flick.
