GC Visual Arts Bears That Care

Last year, the Avril Elizabeth Home ran an art competition titled "Bears That Care", and many of our Visual Arts students (Grade 8s of 2021) entered.

Although none of them won the competition, they were all selected as finalists. The Home was so enthralled with the artworks that they asked whether they could keep them to brighten their halls. We therefore organised for high quality prints to be made and framed. The parents of these students generously covered all the costs. The students (now in Grade 9) presented the artworks to the Home this week.
