In honouring the commitment and contribution of past and present staff, students and parents, our PTA invites you to celebrate this wonderful milestone by purchasing a leaf on our Legacy Tree. This Legacy Tree will allow us to celebrate visually all of those that have contributed to our rich history. Secure your name on the Boys' Prep Tree for an amount of R2500.
Nehemiah Education Ministry (Ivory Park)
The Nehemiah Education Ministry is a registered Non-Profit Organisation who serves one of the most impoverished communities, namely Ivory Park, which is a township East of Johannesburg. The community currently has a population of over 180 000 people of whom over 80 % is unemployed. It is within this context that they in collaboration with the Boys’ Preparatory provide Early Childhood education to 460 pre-schoolers and primary school education to 180 students. In addition to this they also provide every child with a hot meal every day. Since the outbreak of COVID -19 and the lockdown these children have been some of the most severely affected. Your donation will go a long way in assisting with the feeding scheme as well as the buying of essential Personal Protective Equipment.
Leaving an Old Stithian Legacy Bequest
Leaving a bequest Legacy to St Stithians is a lasting gift which ensures the future of the school. As part of the 75th Birthday Beacon of Light celebrations, we call on Old Stithian alumni, parents and community to consider leaving a bequest to the school.
