The Girls’ Schools Celebrate their 21st Birthday in the 21st Century

The Chapel - reflecting on 21 years of excellence
21 years ago, a group of people had a vision and the courage to open a St Stithians Girls’ Prep and College that would meet the needs of educating strong, independent and resilient leaders that would help build the South African dream. With cutting-edge technology, an open and light-filled modern design, beautiful landscaped gardens and passionate educators, St Stithians Girls’ Prep and College more than meet the needs of young women.

A trip down memory lane...

Celebrations have included visiting alumni, songs, war cries, dancing, cupcakes, a pop-up museum and many other festivities. Our coming of age reminds us of the important role women play in world culture and the long term positive effects monastic education has on girls and society in general.
