#SaintsFest2018

This year we celebrate the 35th year of our a highlight in our calendar: the Saints Sports Festival. Between 28 March 2018 and 2 April 2018 (inclusive) the #SaintsFest2018 players will compete in 259 fixtures. Our Prep athletes will compete in 306 fixtures over 3 days of sport. Wow! 

App

We have an app which allows you the opportunity to select fixtures you would like to watch and add them to your own schedule. You also have the opportunity to engage with other app users, view player profiles, and more. The app is available for download in your device’s app store however, due to app licensing changes with Apple we have had to change things a bit. In order for you to access the app, you will firstly have to download the AttendeeHub app and only then can you search for the Saints Sports Festival.

The app has all the latest fixture information, player profiles, results, live streaming, and more. You can even select fixtures you would like to attend and create a personalised #SaintsFest2018 calendar for yourself.

Live stream

There will be a live stream of the rugby which will be available on the app, on our Facebook page and at www.saintsfestival.com.

SnapScan and contactless cards

Once again, the festival will be a cashless event with the help of our title sponsor Standard Bank. You can pay in one of two ways:

• SnapScan
• Contactless 'Tap n&Go' card

SnapScan allows you to pay for items using the SnapScan app on your phone. Simply download the app (free of charge), sign up, and use it to pay using the QR code at the various vendors.

You can purchase a 'Tap & Go' card from Standard Bank at the festival or you can use your contactless 'Tap & Go' card from any bank.

Children's Play Area

There will be a children's play area for children 12 years old and younger. The area is sponsored by Spur and managed by our Boys' Preparatory Marimba parents. There will be child minders, jumping castles, face painting, a small football field, a pirate ship and much more to keep your children entertained. It will cost R100 per day, per child.

The opening times are as follows:

Thursday, 29 March 2018: 09h00 – 17h00

Saturday, 31 March 2018: 08h00 – 18h00

Monday, 2 April 2018: 08h00 – 17h00

Gates and access

Please be advised that all our gates, with the exception of the One & All gate (near the Higher Ground restaurant), will be open for exits and entrances for the Festival.

Gate access changes on the Festival Saturday from 17h00 as follows:

• The Corlett gate (on Bram Fischer Drive), Hurlingham gate, and the One & All gate (near the Higher Ground restaurant) will be open only for exits from 17h00 on the Festival Saturday.

The main gate (at Peter Place) will be open for both entrances and exits on the Saturday.

Our school is alive with thousands of specatators walking the grounds, shouting their support for their favourite teams, and enjoying the atmosphere of the Saints Sports Festival. You don't wnat to miss out on the excitement.
