Molweni Mix: Celebrating Our Additional Language Offerings

Our FAL (First Additional Language) Department launched Term 3 in inspiring style with an evening dedicated to culture, language, and student expression.

The event opened with an insightful guidance session for Grade 3 parents preparing to select their daughters’ Grade 4 FAL choices for 2027, followed by a vibrant classroom showcase for Grade 4–7 families.

The main feature of the night was Molweni Mix, an energetic talk-show production anchored by our Grade 7 student presenters. Guiding the audience through performances from every grade, the showcase brought our three FAL languages to life through music, dance, dialogue, and drama.

The energy in the room was electric as our girls took to the stage with pride, poise, and immense enthusiasm. Special thanks to Miss Shuping for sharing her inspiring reflections as a Girls' Prep parent on the lifelong value of language learning.

We are thrilled to share that Molweni Mix will now become an annual tradition! We look forward to bringing our community together again in 2027 for an even bigger celebration of language, culture, and sisterhood.
