Kindness

February 02, 2018 | Junior Preparatory

‘Servant Leadership’ in the JP has always been approached through learning about the Fruit of the Spirit. This year the children are able to experience these spiritual gifts in a real and relevant way.

We launch this initiative with ‘Kindness’ and the fruit associated with this is grapes.

Kindness is defined as the quality of being friendly, generous and considerate. The children in the different grades did various activities related to kindness. They learnt the importance of being kind and how to listen to each other, how to take turns and what to do when they see a child all alone on the field at break time. They brainstormed ideas on what they can do every day to be kind to each other and how they can be kind at home.

Kindness costs nothing but it can help to make our world a happy place to live in.
