Join us for Founders' Day

May 30, 2016 | Campus

Join us on Saturday 4 June 2016 for a memorable Founders' Day service. This year we celebrate 21 years of the St Stithians College girls' schools with speeches by David Wylde, the first Rector of St Stithians College, and Veliswa Mehana and Bianca Biehler, two Saints alumnae.

There will also be a wonderful Pop Up museum in the girls gymnasium from Wednesday 1 June 2016 to Saturday 4 June 2016 after Founders' Day. The displays were put together by our current students. The displays account for the history of South Africa during the past 21 years, they include a short documentary film of developments at the GC, and they include timelines all done by our students. Our students also interviewed past students and presented these as magazine covers and articles.

You can look forward to seeing all of these displays, many photos, and more at the Pop Up museum. Bring along your mobile devices as some dispalys will involve QR codes.
