Heritage Day Celebrations in the Junior Prep

Heritage Day at the Junior Prep was a vibrant and joyful celebration of the diverse cultural backgrounds that make up our school community.  It was truly heartwarming to see our children and staff come together to honour and showcase the rich heritage that lives within our school community.

During our special Heritage Day assembly on Tuesday 23 September, students and teachers proudly wore traditional attire and participated in a beautiful display of cultural pride.  Our art and craft activities allowed children to explore cultural symbols and stories through creative expression, while the sharing of culturally inspired snacks added a delicious and festive touch to the day.

These moments of celebration not only brought joy but also deepened our understanding and appreciation of our individual backgrounds, fostering a sense of unity and belonging.
