Grade 2 Tennis

Annually, 12 of our Gr 2 children participate in a fun afternoon of Tennis hosted by St Mary’s School (Waverley). They play a number of 7 minute games on quarter courts. Our tennis players enjoyed a hot afternoon playing against children from APPS, St Mary’s, Beaulieu and St Peter's. The idea of the festival is to introduce the players to the formal game set up, learning about the rules, scoring and sportsmanship on the court. Thank you to our parents who came to support and transported the players to St Mary’s. Coach Nadine and Coach Dee have really taught our players fine skills.
