Gauteng Central Inter-high Schools Tennis Tournament Champions

On Saturday, 5 March, the Saints 1st Tennis Team participated in the annual Gauteng Central Boys Inter High Tournament. With over 25 schools participating at various venues, and with the temperature climbing into the mid 30’s, the team knew that the competition would be tough. During the 1st round of the Round Robin phase, our four players, Dylan Walters, Ryan Liebenberg, Taine Bernhard and Reece Robey, defeated Northcliff, Crawford, Dainfern and Glen Vista comfortably in order to play in the final group.

With tough competition from the other teams in the final group, the team performed with outstanding resilience, and went on to claim the trophy for the 3rd time.
