And so our journey begins!

St Stithians Junior Preparatory was a hive of activity as the teachers welcomed their new children on Wednesday 15 January. The Grade R children were filled with many emotions, but mostly excitement, at the thought of this new journey they were about to embark upon. The parents were all smiles as they walked their children to their new classrooms and happily posed for pictures to capture this special day.

The Grade 1 and 2 classrooms were buzzing with excitement as the children arrived at school. They couldn’t wait to go to their new classrooms and find their friends. Upon finding their friends, you could hear some children sharing stories of what they did during the holidays.

A few Grade 1 children could be seen patting their uniform and straightening it because they couldn’t believe they were finally wearing white t shirts.

It was great start to the year and we look forward to a happy and successful 2020.
