Congratulations to our Matrics from 2017: Michael Nothnagel; Nicholas Meyer and Christopher Du Plessis who received their Academic Honours Summa Cum Laude Certificates from the Head of School, Mr David Du Toit.

This award goes to a candidate who already has Academic Honours and achieves a total of 630 (an average of 90%) or more in the IEB finals and a minimum of 70% in 6 of the 7 subjects.

Summa Cum Laude is a Latin term which translates to “with greatest honour”. Chris, Michael and Nicholas have brought the Boys’ College immense pride and unquestionable honour with this remarkable achievement.
