A Celebration of Spirit and Sport at the Grades 1 & 2 Sports Day

Our Grade 1 and 2 Sports Day kicked off with a warm welcome followed by a spirited school cry that set the perfect tone for the races ahead. Parents brought wonderful energy as they joined in the parent race, sparking excitement and smiles all around. It was especially special to hear parents passionately reciting their own school spirit cries from years gone by, motivating the children with such enthusiasm - it was as if they had been transported back to their own school days.

It was truly heartwarming to see the children proudly showcasing the skills they have been learning across a wide range of activities, including javelin, relays, long jump, high jump, tag, obstacle courses, wicket throwing and skipping, amongst many other skills on display. Whether sprinting down the track, cheering for their classmates, or demonstrating teamwork, their joy and determination shone through.

The day was a celebration of community, perseverance, and school spirit. A huge thank you goes to everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to organize and run the event so smoothly. Your efforts made it a memorable occasion for children, parents and teachers alike.
