ECS focuses on dispute avoidance, dispute resolution and claims through forensic delay analysis, amicable settlement facilitation and claim avoidance and management. 

We also offer comprehensive training on the NEC Suite of Documents – both NEC3 and NEC4. This includes the NEC ECC Project Manager Gold Standard Course, granting delegates to be certified as an NEC3 ECC Project Manager, and entry onto the Register for Accredited NEC Professionals, held by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
