With over 25 years’ experience in the South African and Qatari property markets, Iain leverages project management acumen to successfully oversee building operations for high-level clients. Iain is committed to providing project management that meets budgets and deadlines as well as providing a consistently high level of performance. Skilled in negotiating both relations and contractual agreements with Tenants, Suppliers and Contractors, Iain uses his strong interpersonal and communication proficiency to influence discussions with an end-result favourable to both the client and company. Regularly updating stakeholders on project progress and completing all outstanding snagging activities before final hand-over.
