Hello and welcome to Hayley Whitehorn – Counselling Psychologist!

I am a Counselling Psychologist in Lonehill, Fourways. My goal is to work collaboratively with each client to meet their specific needs and tailor my approach to be unique to their life challenges. To develop this uniqueness, I integrate different approaches drawing mainly from Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to create the most appropriate treatment plan.

I work with adolescents and adults from all backgrounds and walks of life, with my special interest being young adult and adolescent work.

I am to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where we can work together to build a healthier and happier life. I approach counselling with empathy and non-judgement to explore thoughts, feelings, and life experiences.
