The Grade R Special Person’s Day

The Grade R children invited their grandparents, helpers, extended family and all the special people in their lives to spend a morning at school. The children greeted their guests with great excitement and entertained them with dances, songs and poems.  A delicious tea awaited the visitors thereafter. The Grade 2 choir performed during tea and provided a wonderful way to end a beautiful morning. Photos of the children in lovingly-made frames were given to their visitors by the Grade R children.

It was great to watch the children and their special people leave the school hand-in-hand to spend the afternoon together.
