Camp Konka - Grade 6

30 January - 2 February 2024

Grade 6 students recently embarked on an unforgettable adventure at the spectacular Camp Konka, nestled in the Magaliesburg Mountains. This immersive experience wasn't just about fun and games; it was a carefully designed opportunity to embody the “Unstoppable” spirit.

From team-building challenges and exhilarating outdoor activities like kayaking and zip-lining to the grueling "mudstacle" course, each experience pushed the girls beyond their comfort zones, unleashing their hidden potential and fostering determination. Under the supportive guidance of our Saints staff and the camp facilitators, they discovered leadership skills within themselves and forged unbreakable bonds of friendship, creating a true sense of belonging.

This camp wasn't just about individual growth; it was about the power of community. The Girls' Prep sisterhood thrives on kindness, empathy, and celebrating diversity. This camp experience further nurtured these values, creating a safe space where generosity of spirit and supportive communication flourish. By leading by example, practicing gratitude, and extending kindness beyond their circle, the girls fostered a culture of self-care and celebrating unique strengths.
