Three of these seven new boats belong to the Girls' College and the other four belong to the Boys' college. As is tradition for the Girls' Club, the three new boats were named after lakes from around the world. Our new single scull was named Volta after Lake Volta in Ghana, our new double scull was named Aurora after Lake Aurora in Florida USA, and finally our new girls four was named Tryvann after Lake Tryvann in Norway.
