| As the student population varies
from boys who just moved into Grade 3 right through to teenagers in Grade 7
ready to move up to College the school has to cater to the learning requirements
commensurate with this challenge. A number of programmes, the curriculum as well as a wide range of experiences which include our Ivory Park outreach assist in the boys' development. Combined with the dedication, skills and experience of our professional and caring staff we continue to strive to ensure that we are indeed a South African School making a world of difference. Throughout their Prep careers the boys progressively take on more responsibility as they progress through the school. In Grade 6 the boys take part in the Game of Life where they are taught the basic economic skills they will need and build on throughout their lives. In Grade 7 the boys partake in a Development Programme which aims to encourage them to realise their full potential and assists each individual in his intellectual, social, cultural, spiritual and physical development. It furthermore encourages them to take part in all school activities and develops within them an awareness of their responsibilities, fosters leadership and develops character. |
