We are delighted to announce that our 2004 Matrics have achieved 6 places in the “Top 50” Candidates of the Independent Examinations Board, Senior Certificate Examination.

These 6 candidates are: Bernon, Bridget Jane; Bick, Alexis Joanna; Hedding, Matthew William; Von Glehn, Ingrid Karin; Von Glehn, Tamara Louise; Watson, Gareth Charles Elliott.

Below is a summary of the 2004 Matric results:
• Candidates: 233
• University Exemptions: 216 (93% of our candidates)
• Senior Certificate: 15
• Failures: 2
• “A” Aggregates: 77 (33%)
• Subject Distinctions: 372

These results reflect on the dedication and commitment of all teachers from the Junior Preparatory School to the Colleges that make up the village of schools that is St. Stithians College. Well done to all Saints’ learners and indeed all matrics on their results in 2004.
